Karen brings over 35 years of diverse property management experience, including office buildings, retail, warehouses and owners’ associations. She has gathered experience working with various ownership and tenant types for national and local companies.

Throughout her career, Karen has enjoyed collaborating with owners, contractors, and tenants toward achieving specific objectives. To this end, Karen has been involved in the day-to-day operations of property management including customer relations, contracting, budgeting and expense management, and construction projects.

Karen is a Colorado native who has achieved her Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations and actively given back to various professional real estate organizations.
